John Pucillo, Founder and President
 John Pucillo is a proven leader and innovator within the pharmaceutical and biotech sales training industry. He brings over twenty years of industry and business experience to Synaptic Learning, Inc. Prior to founding Synaptic Learning, John was the Managing Director/President of Total Learning Concepts, a pharmaceutical sales training company and division of the Publicis Groupe. At Total Learning Concepts, John was responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategic direction for the company, overseeing its day-to-day operations, and managing its new product development efforts.
Prior to joining Total Learning Concepts, John was the Vice President for Marketing and Strategic Business Development at Salesnet, Inc. a leading provider of web-based sales force automation (SFA) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. He was previously the Director of Marketing for PAREXEL International, one of the world's largest clinical research organizations (CRO) and drug development services companies. At PAREXEL, John managed the marketing efforts across 17 offices worldwide.
In 1986, John founded MedText, Inc., a pharmaceutical sales training company that developed the most successful off-the-shelf sales training programs in the industry. These programs included The Pharmaceutical Professional's Guide to Clinical Research Papers, Guide to Clinical Pharmacology and Medical Terminology, all of which have been translated into multiple languages. John sold MedText in 1996 to the Medicus Group. He is a graduate of Harvard College.
